By using Layer function, you can add comment to the model.
The "base" layer is reserved for displaying the components of the model. Create a new layer to add comments to the model.
To add Layer:
1. Click "Add layer" submenu in "Edit" menu, "LayerNameInputDialog" is displayed.
2. "Layer0001" is added to the Layer tree In the List area.
"layer tools" on the tool bar is also enabled.
Note: When you select the layer name in the Layer tree, the Layer tools are enabled. When you select the base layer, "layer tools" are disabled.
