For existing protein:
1. Double click the target species in the draw area.
Then the "Change identity of the species" dialog would display.
or click with the right mouse button on the target, then select [Change Identity] menu.
2. Specify the "class" in the dialog.

- GENE
- RNA
- ANTISENSE_RNA
- PHENOTYPE
- ION
- SIMPLE_MOLECULE
- DRUG
- UNKNOWN
- DEGRADED
For new protein:
1. Double click the target protein in the protein list area.
Then the "Protein" dialog would display.
2. Specify the "class" in the dialog.
