Residue status can be changed at the [Change identity of the Species] dialog.
To create a residue:
Click with the right mouse button on the target protein, then select [Edit Protein] menu. Or alternatively, go to the [Protein] list, double-click on the target protein to open the [protein] dialog to add residues.

1. Double click the target protein to open the "Change Identification of the Species" dialog.
2. Click the target residue in the "residues" preview box.
3. Select the "residue state" to "phosphorylated.
