To change the view of a Complex
- Select a Complex.
- Type "C" key to make it compact.
- Type the "C" key again to have the border line invisible. (no border)
- Type the "C" key again to get back to the original shape.
- You can do the same steps as above by selecting Component - Change Complex View menu.
Change Complex View: normal, compact and no border (from left to right)
You can set a Complex to be displayed with no border. This option is useful when you create a Complex with Gene/RNA/Antisense RNA inside. This is an example which you can find in Complex41.xml in /samples/notation folder. (from left to right)normal, compact and no border
